Scott has been on a strict weight loss program for over two years. Before last year’s challenge Scott had already lost 33 pounds and during last year’s competition he lost an additional 37.6 lbs. for an impressive grand total of 70.6 lbs. lost! Scott’s workout program includes regular workouts with his personal trainer, cardio training every morning, hockey three nights a week as well as some secret fitness techniques known only to a handful of gurus on the Caribbean island of Anguila. With this impressive regimen, along with a nutrition plan originally designed by NASA, Scott is confident that his victory is inevitable.
